Role: Associate Director Sales, Exp 3- 12 years At MediaKart, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professional who is passionate about the digital advertising ecosystem and building strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Drive current business acquisition and revenue growth across agencies and direct clients.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across media agencies, brands, and advertisers.

Identify opportunities for MediaKart’s digital advertising solutions and develop strategic sales plans.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and competitive offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Working experience in digital advertising sales, ad-tech, media sales, programmatic, OTT,



performance marketing, or related domains.

Strong network across media agencies, brands, and marketing decision-makers in the West market.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
