3+ years of experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Scala, and PySpark

3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra

3+ years of experience with AI frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse

Hands-on experience in streaming applications such as Kafka and Spark Streaming

Solid healthcare domain knowledge

Proven exposure to DevOps methodology and CI/CD deployment pipelines

Proven exposure to Agile methodology using tools like Rally

Proven excellent analytical and communication skills

Proven ability to determine the impact of changes in current system functionality

Proven ability to handle Gen AI, RAG, and LLM assignments independently end-to-end

Proven ability to manage a team of AI engineers and provide techno-functional mentoring

Flexible to collaborate with onshore business during US business hours

Flexible to support project releases during US business hours Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
