WHAT YOULL DO:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support our global finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role will partner closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and external vendors,



requiring strong English communication skills and comfort working some overlapping hours with the U.S. East Coast team. In this role, you will:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including accurate data entry of vendor invoices.
- Obtain and track approvals from internal stakeholders in line with company policies.
- Perform basic research and reconciliation on invoice discrepancies or missing information.
- Communicate with external invoice owners and vendors to request invoice copies or missing documentation.
- Respond to payment status inquiries, including whether and when invoices have been paid.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve questions related to coding, approvals, and timing of payments.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable, as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar finance or transactional role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office productivity tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working in a global or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or another mid- or enterprise-level ERP system.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or working across time zones
