Salary: ₹2.4–4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives Da’Villas and Andiviaa Celebrations are looking for a passionate, creative, and client-focused Assistant Wedding Planner to join our growing team. If you love luxury weddings, design, hospitality, and creating unforgettable celebrations, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed wedding bookings.

Manage end-to-end wedding planning and execution, from the initial consultation to the final event.

Create wedding concepts, mood boards, presentations, and design proposals based on client preferences.

Prepare budgets, timelines, planning checklists, and event schedules.

Coordinate with venues, hotels, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainment teams, and other vendors.

Build strategic partnerships and tie-ups with hotels, resorts, venues, and hospitality partners to expand our destination wedding network.

Conduct venue visits, client meetings, and planning presentations.

Manage guest hospitality, accommodation, logistics, and event operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of every event.





Be present on-site to oversee wedding functions and ensure flawless execution.

Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Management, Hospitality, or Travel.

Experience in sales and client relationship management will be an added advantage.

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop mood boards and wedding concepts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to travel and work on weekends during weddings and events.

Passion for luxury weddings, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
