Function: Finance / Controllership & Tax

Entity: Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Purpose of the Role:

Lead the Closing & Reporting function to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strong financial controls in line with RBI regulations and Ind AS requirements. Partner with finance leadership, business teams, auditors, and regulators to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, RBI regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage regulatory filings and supervisory reporting.
- Lead statutory, internal, and regulatory audits, including RBI inspections.
- Ensure accurate accounting of loan portfolios, fixed assets, provisions, and general ledger balances.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including SAP ERP and LMS enhancements.
- Support special projects,



M&A; activities, and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation within an NBFC.
- Solid knowledge of RBI regulations, Ind AS, financial reporting, and audit management.
- Experience in SAP ERP and Loan Management System (LMS) implementation/change management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
