Role Description The Assistant Technical Manager (Dietitian) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports technical and clinical operations related to nutrition and gut health programs, working closely with the senior leadership and counseling team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for diet plans and protocols, assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring nutrition projects and initiatives, and contributing to research and development activities focused on gut health and hormone balance.

The Assistant Technical

Manager also helps manage team workflows, coordinates with support staff to ensure consistent quality of counseling services, and maintains documentation, reports, and data analysis related to patient outcomes.



The role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance patient experience, and uphold clinical and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret patient data, evaluate program outcomes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience of 3-5 years will be preferred.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Project Management skills to coordinate staff, oversee initiatives, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of nutrition programs.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist with diet protocols, digital tools, and internal systems used in nutrition counseling.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) skills to contribute to studies, protocol improvements, and innovation in gut health and nutrition services.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- Registration or certification as a dietitian/nutrition professional, where applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work compassionately with patients and collaboratively with colleagues.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records, reports, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in clinical nutrition, gut health, or lifestyle medicine is an advantage.
