Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing customer acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate daily store operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
- Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
- Support and mentor new and existing Sales Associates.
- Communicate with clients and assess their needs effectively.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Research emerging fashion trends and products to update store merchandise.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data to support business decisions.

Requirements & Skills:





- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Robust problem-solving attitude.
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹13,606.29 - ₹55,707.68 per month
