Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Delhi region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience for corporate and social catering events.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, and Production teams for seamless event execution.




- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Catering Sales, Hospitality, Banquets, or Events.
- Prior experience in the hospitality, catering, or luxury events industry is preferred.
