Eurus Internetworks is hiring a driven and self-motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support business growth in VOIP and telecom communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and relationship building.

About Eurus Eurus offers business communication solutions including Hosted PBX, Hosted Dialer, Toll-Free and DID services, A-Z Termination, DNC Scrubbing, Call Forwarding, and SMS services.

Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through outbound efforts.
- Conduct initial prospect conversations and product demos.
- Build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions.




- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support sales goals.
- Maintain daily sales records and weekly performance updates.
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-up.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom, VOIP, or direct B2B sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
