The Assistant Project Manager

Position will be responsible for leading project end to end, monitor ROI throughout the project lifecycle, tracks and manages time and budget against plan, develop testing strategy and build the strong PR across all stakeholders involved. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Establish the approval process, partners with sponsors to secure project approval; define the communication strategy

- Deployment plan, Strategy; heads the project meetings; identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process Provide business updates on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Secures the appropriate skill sets for project; sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members; provides performance feedback to team members and resource managers
- Should be able to define the scope of changes and strategy, able to handle outliers, risk and propose mitigation plan. Facilitates resolution of issues; executes communication plans; regularly reports status of reports; manages and monitors ROI throughout the project lifecycle
- Tracks and manages time and budget against plan; execute testing strategy; conduct project close-out activities; retrospection, prepares and participates in quality review checkpoints; obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals; manage and update project plan. Ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships,



solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization QUALIFICATION Requires Bachelor's degrees BA/BS or equivalent or MBA EXPERIENCE 8-12 years of project management experience end to end.

Experience in handling ROI and outliers throughout the project SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Knowledge on project lifecycle and testing strategy, documentation. End to end product features understanding.
