Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related fields from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in content creation, curriculum development, or teaching at the school or coaching level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education system and competitive exam patterns.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools, video editing, and online teaching platforms is preferred.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Develop engaging and comprehensive educational content, including video lectures, practice questions, and study materials aligned with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.
- Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to design innovative teaching strategies and learning modules.
- Ensure all content adheres to PW’s quality standards and maintains consistency across various courses and subjects.
- Assist in the creation of assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, feedback, and best practices for content enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in online education and incorporate new methodologies to improve content delivery.
