Job Summary

FutureWings Academy is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our student admission and brand promotion activities. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with educational institutions, and contribute to achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase student admissions.

- Conduct school and college visits for seminars, presentations, and student outreach.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and corporate partners.

- Coordinate digital marketing activities with the marketing team and external agencies.

- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission targets.

- Organize promotional events, education fairs, exhibitions, and career guidance programs.

- Monitor marketing performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Coordinate advertisement campaigns, branding activities, and promotional materials.





- Support the Marketing Manager in implementing sales and marketing initiatives.

- Work closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (education sector experience is preferred).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and educational events.

- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
