Role Overview: Assistant Marketing Manager The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, driving high-quality lead generation, and overseeing impactful content creation. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and data analytics.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Lead-Generating Content

- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with VEYE’s business goals and focused on Australian investors.
- Create and oversee high-quality content including emails, blogs, newsletters, social posts, website pages, and equity research-related material.
- Ensure content is engaging, SEO-optimized, backlinked, and tailored for acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce compelling multimedia content.

2. Lead Generation & Lead Management

- Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO,



email marketing).
- Optimize landing pages, ads, and conversion funnels to generate quality leads.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to streamline lead tracking and nurturing.
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and improve conversions.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO

- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising initiatives to increase traffic and conversions.
- Oversee Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum ROI.
- Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns based on performance insights.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends to maintain VEYE’s competitive edge.

4. Brand Management & Innovation

- Strengthen VEYE’s brand identity, messaging, and market positioning.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline platforms.
- Conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns to differentiate VEYE in the financial services space.
- Oversee website and digital asset enhancements to improve user experience.

5. Data-Driven Insights & Performance Analytics

- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including SEO rankings, engagement, lead conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights to refine strategies.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Supervise and mentor the marketing intern, fostering creativity and skill development.
- Collaborate with research, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial market and equities research sector.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms including Google Ads,



Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola, etc.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, and CRM management.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience in coaching or managing junior team members.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
- Knowledge of ASX and the financial services industry.
- Experience working in subscription-based business models.
- Proactive approach with a robust focus on achieving results and driving business outcomes.
