Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. You should have strong leadership skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Manage the company's online presence and brand reputation.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead, mentor,



and guide the marketing team to achieve performance goals.

Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree (pass, fail)
- Freshers or 2years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing.
- Basic communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI marketing tools is an added advantage.
