Education : Qualified CA

Experience : 8-10 years post qualification experience of which 3+ years in similar role

Salary Range : 16 to 18 LPA

Job Location: Vadodara office

This position will report to Head of Accounts & Controlling

SAP experience mandatory

There are no reportee to this role. This is individual performer role.

Role includes mix of accounting, MIS and Business Analysis (30% accounting & 70% MIS / Business analysis)

KRA

Corporate Accounts

Ensuring correct accounting of all transactions & ensure that all the aspects of IND AS have been adhered

Ensuring that standard operating procedures are in place in all significant accounting process

Responsible for monthly accounts including notes and necessary disclosures for Dubai subsidiary (as per IFRS and as per Ind AS) and prepare presentations etc.,



for board meeting of Dubai subsidiary

Responsible for annual accounts for gratuity trust

Responsible for annual tax audit

Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Closing:

Monthly, quarterly & annual closing activities

Work towards improving and reducing the time for closing activities

Adherence to IND AS in monthly closing

Ensure accuracy of monthly provisions and prepare expense schedules on monthly basis

Prepare various MIS and analysis for Utilities, Fixed cost, Inventory, NRV, working capital etc.,

Support NWC control activity

Internal Controls & Audits

Co-ordination with the Statutory Auditor and Cost auditor

Co-ordination with internal process owners on matters of accounts and audit

Support & Coordination

Strengthen Internal control for all accounting related activities and processes

Co-ordination & support Treasury, Taxation, AP/AR & support all cross functions within organization

Others

Filling yearly NSSO return

Provide inputs to various regulatory authorities as and when needed
