The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities (80% of the role) while supporting key HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (20%). The role requires robust stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, process orientation, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (80%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.

Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Ensure timely interview feedback and candidate communication.

Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures.

Generate offer letters and manage the offer acceptance process.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio,



and cost per hire.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring priorities.

Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives when required.

Maintain recruitment MIS and present hiring reports to management.

HR Operations (20%)

Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

Coordinate documentation and employee file management.

Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.

Assist in confirmation, probation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Support HR compliance and policy implementation.

Coordinate employee engagement activities as required.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.

Assist in exit formalities and clearance processes.
