Job Requirements We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Safety to join our team in overseeing safety protocols for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, with a focus on ensuring the safety of all individuals on our construction sites. Responsibilities:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on residential construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Investigate and report on any safety incidents or near misses
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Proven experience in safety management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards




- Excellent communication and leadership skills
