Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Projects to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in project management and should be well-versed with the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee various projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure they are executed according to plan
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
