- Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria.
- Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history.
- Summarize key medical insights in a transparent, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines.

Qualifications: MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)

MCI license – preferred, not mandatory

Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience:

Clinical experience: Minimum 1 year

Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication Skill:

Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

1. 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
2. Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
3. Weekends Off
