Role Description The Assistant Manager Personal Loans will manage end-to-end activities related to personal loan products in the Farrukhabad location. This full-time, on-site role involves prospecting and onboarding recent customers, guiding applicants through the loan process, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role includes monitoring loan applications, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and disbursements, and tracking portfolio performance to minimize risk and improve customer experience.

The Assistant

Manager will also support sales targets, conduct local market outreach,



and provide timely service and resolution to customer queries to drive growth in the personal loans segment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Candidates should possess skills in loan processing and documentation, including verification, data accuracy, and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer profiles, identify risks, and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at different levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in retail lending or NBFC/banking operations.
- Familiarity with personal loan products, local market dynamics, and basic financial concepts, as well as proficiency in common office and loan management software, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, maintain high ethical standards, and demonstrate integrity and customer-centric behavior is essential.
