Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee daily vending machine operations, field staff coordination, client servicing, inventory monitoring, and smooth execution of operational activities across locations. The candidate should have robust team handling skills, operational planning experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of vending machines across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with technicians, refillers, and field staff for smooth functioning.
- Ensure timely machine servicing, refilling, and complaint resolution.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory usage, and operational reports.
- Handle client coordination and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track machine downtime and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage attendance, shift planning, and workforce allocation.




- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Support onboarding and training of new operational staff.
- Visit client sites whenever required for operational support.

Required Skills

- Ability to manage field operations efficiently
- Vendor and client coordination experience preferred

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Management, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in vending machine operations, FMCG, hospitality, facility management, or field operations preferred

Working Days 6 Days Working

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
