Job Title: AM – Operations / CX

Reporting: Manager/SM

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Working Hours/ Days: 9 Hours / 5 Days a Week

Shift 6:30 pm – 2 AM

Both the way cabs available

Mandatory Skills:

Ideal candidature would be 8+ YEARS OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH MIN 5+ years’ experience into International Voice Process. Well versed as a development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering talent development projects to fulfil business needs.

Role and Responsibilities

- Training new employees in areas including communication, presentation, delivery and internal systems
- Assist in the delivery of ongoing training programs
- Auditing, provide coaching feedback to teamalong with a weekly reporting.
- Reviewing performances and preparing participantsscore sheets
- Arrange forfollow-up training, orreport back following training sessions
- Provide timely constructive feedback and counselling




- Able to build rapport and create a protected zone for the audience
- Able to create and steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- BachelorDegree is must. Any Specification
- should have good exposure on BPO need identification, Training need analysis and Training need evaluation
- should be sound on basic English language training
