Position: Assistant Manager – Marketing

Location: Vadodara

Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering (Process Engineering background preferred)

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Preferred Industry: EPC, Oil & Gas, Chemical Process Industry

Important Note:

We are specifically looking for candidates with Project Sales / Technical Sales experience. Candidates with only Product Sales experience should not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Utilities, and other process industries.
- Drive business development for ammonia-based EPC projects, chemical plants, and industrial utility systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new applications, industries, and geographical markets for MAEPL's solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, end users, and key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and client presentations.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions.
- Represent the company at client meetings, technical discussions,



exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and periodic business reports.

Technical & Soft Skills

- Good understanding of engineering project lifecycles, process systems, and utility plants.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, PFDs, and other technical documents.
- Strong communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present technical value propositions.
- Well-organised with excellent documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Education & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering (Chemical/Process preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Sales, Business Development, or Proposal Engineering.
- Prior experience with EPC companies, chemical plants, or process engineering projects is essential.
- Exposure to ammonia systems, industrial gas systems, or process plants will be an added advantage.
