We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, drive talent acquisition, and support organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs

Performance Management

- Drive the performance appraisal cycle (goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews)
- Support managers in performance improvement plans and feedback processes

Employee Engagement & Relations





- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends

Compensation & Benefits

- Support payroll inputs, salary revisions, and advantages administration
- Benchmark compensation against market standards

Learning & Development

- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D; programs
- Track training effectiveness and employee development plans

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR reporting
