We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Lease Abstraction to lead our Lease Abstraction team supporting US Commercial Real Estate clients. The candidate should have robust domain knowledge in Retail, Office, Industrial, and Tower leases and experience managing a team of 15–20 members. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Lease Analysts.

Review lease abstraction work and ensure high quality and SLA adherence.

Handle client queries and support issue resolution.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive process improvements.

Support Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.

Conduct domain training and mentor team members.

Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Required

Skills

8–10 years of experience in US Commercial Lease Abstraction.

Strong knowledge of Retail, Office, Industrial, and Tower leases.





Hands-on experience with lease management tools such as Yardi, MRI, Visual Lease, or similar platforms.

Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Team Lead, SME, or Senior Analyst with team management experience.

Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in team training, quality management, and process improvement. Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.

Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
