- Conversant with SEBI Regulation, Rules, Bye laws and Regulations of Exchange/Clearing Corporation.
- Inspection/audit of member as per standard checklist.
- Prepare/compile information /data for various MIS reporting.
- Preparation of Agenda for placing in various Committee Monitoring the alerts generated related to on-site and off-site inspection.
- Monitoring the activities related to member inspection.
- Onsite inspection activity/post inspection activities based on SEBI regulations.
- Helping in automating processes related to Members Inspection.
- Data analysis related to non-compliances by members.
- Positive knowledge of advance excel is preferred.
