Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through telesales calls.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell insurance products.

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

- Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong knowledge of Kannada language is required for effective communication with local clients.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through telecalling or telesales efforts.

- Experience working in an inside sales workplace, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
