Designation: Assistant Manager - HR

Location: Noida

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Industry: E-Commerce experience and FMCG will be given preference

Working Days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding, and recruitment tracking across multiple roles.

· Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.

· Draft HR documents including Appointment Letters, PIPs, Warning Letters, Show Cause Notices, Termination Letters, and HR policies.

· Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

· Manage employee records, HR MIS, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

· Partner with stakeholders on manpower planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Profile





· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

· 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with substantial hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition.

· Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment, Payroll Coordination, Employee Relations.

· Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, drafting, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and HRMS applications.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced, growing organization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
