Role Description The Assistant Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. This role is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring for internal operations and client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial reports, tracking key performance indicators, performing variance analysis, and providing insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.

The role also involves collaborating with operations and leadership teams, ensuring accuracy of financial data, assisting in developing financial models,

?‍?Preferred Qualication: B.Com/BBA with MBA in Finance Key Responsibilities:

- 5+ Years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Manage the consolidation of financial data, budgets, and forecasts across multiple entities, geographies, or business units to provide a unified, accurate view of overall group performance.
- Ensure all financial models, projections, and management reports accurately reflect the principles and impacts of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Develop, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, utilizing financial dashboards.
- Various reporting on financial performances against budget and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Manage the preparation of periodic forecasts, analyzing variances and trends to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
- Fair knowledge on US GAAP.
