Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate the annual manpower budgeting process and review manpower requirements.

- Coordinate Talent Acquisition activities across all business verticals.

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, from manpower planning to onboarding documentation.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.

- Handle recruitment through job portals, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.

- Screen CVs, conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, support salary benchmarking, and provide offer recommendations.

- Collect and verify onboarding documents and submit weekly recruitment reports to the GMHR.

Educational Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources

- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources.

- Experience in a medium/large manufacturing organization with 500+ employees preferred.
