Role & responsibilities
Seeking a Civil Engineer with 810 years of experience in high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have solid expertise in RCC structural works, Mivan shuttering, project execution, quality control, and contractor management to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
- Execute and supervise RCC structural works for high-rise residential projects.
- Manage Mivan aluminium formwork activities, including planning, cycle management, and execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, QA/QC, MEP, and planning teams.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, IS Codes, and project quality requirements.
- Review contractor performance and certify work execution for billing.
