5–8 years in embedded systems development for power electronics or battery management systems
Key Job Responsibilities :
Design and develop embedded firmware for BMS microcontrollers and associated hardware; implement protection algorithms (OV/UV/OC/OT, SOC, SOH).
Develop and validate communication protocols – CAN, Modbus, RS485, CANopen, OCPP/MQTT for cloud connectivity.
Design BMS PCB schematics with power electronics engineers; write unit/integration/validation tests for firmware.
Support product certification testing with firmware test modes/documentation; debug hardware-software interface issues on prototypes and pre-production units.
Maintain version control/documentation for firmware releases; collaborate with the integration team on app/remote-monitoring connectivity.
