WohlStand Pharma Private Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our cosmetic manufacturing operations at Harohalli Industrial Area, Phase 1, Bengaluru.

Experience: 5–8 Years Key Responsibilities:

→ Manage day-to-day cosmetic manufacturing operations

→ Production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines

→ Source raw materials, packaging components, and manufacturing consumables

→ Vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management

→ Procure primary packaging materials, labels, cartons, inserts, and secondary packaging

→ Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Production teams for uninterrupted manufacturing

→ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement

→ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures What We're Looking For:





→ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline

→ 5–8 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing

→ Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations

→ Experience in sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging

→ Good understanding of labelling and secondary packaging requirements

→ Solid vendor management and negotiation skills

→ Excellent written and verbal communication in English

→ Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills

→ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred industry background: Cosmetics | Personal Care | Skincare | Beauty Products
