Responsibilities

- Review and analyze project specifications, including client requirements, design drawings, and material specifications.

- Coordinate with the Technical department for site condition gather additional information to assess the project conditions.

- Research and obtain pricing information for materials, labor, and other project-related costs.

- Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of different materials and production methods.

- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.

- Break down project costs into components such as materials, labor, equipment, permits, and overhead.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and requirements.

- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain es and negotiate favorable terms.





- Prepare clear and comprehensive proposals based on the cost estimates.

- Assist in establishing project budgets and ensure that estimates align with financial objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and relevant project documentation.

- Ensure that all estimates and proposals comply with company policies and standards.

Our Requirement

- 5-10 years of proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control in the real estate / construction / infrastructure sector.

- Solid exposure to residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
