Job Title: Assistant Manager Brand Solutions

Location: Noida (On-site) About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager Brand Solutions with 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Noida or nearby areas who can comfortably work from our Noida office. Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.

Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines with influencers.

Execute influencer campaigns from planning to completion while ensuring timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for campaign requirements and approvals.

Track campaign performance, collect insights, and prepare campaign reports.

Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines and content briefs.

Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators,



and platform updates.

Maintain influencer databases and campaign documentation. Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing leading campaigns end to end or teams.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and creator-led marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Experience working with influencer marketing agencies is an added advantage.
