Assistant Facility Manager Technical (Job Role)

The Assistant Facility Manager Technical supports the Facility Manager in handling all technical operations of the site, ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, uptime management, and vendor coordination.

1. Technical Operations

- Supervising daily operations of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
- Monitoring DG sets, UPS, transformers, LT/HT panels
- Ensuring proper functioning of chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems
- Supporting BMS monitoring and control

1. Maintenance Management

- Implementing preventive maintenance schedules
- Handling breakdown maintenance and emergency situations
- Coordinating with technicians for quick resolution
- Maintaining maintenance logs and service records





1. Vendor & AMC Coordination

- Coordinating with external vendors and AMC service providers
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Verifying service reports and billing documents

1. Compliance & Safety

- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
- Assisting in fire safety audits and mock drills
- Maintaining compliance documentation

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly technical reports
- Monitoring energy consumption and cost control
- Supporting budgeting activities

Only Diploma / BE graduates ( no distance education )can be considered with immediate joiners prefered
