Supervise assembly operations to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Develop and optimize assembly processes to improve productivity, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and procure raw materials and consumables based on production requirements.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with the procurement team for Purchase Order (PO) release.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and create Production Orders in the ERP system. • Maintaining safety stock to avoiding the material shortage for production
- Manage store operations, including inventory tracking, material receipts, issues, and Stock verification.
- Support production planning and scheduling to ensure timely availability of materials and productive workflow.
- Maintain Project Planner and schedule
Desired experience & Qualification : DME with 4- 6 years of experience in Assembly operations and Projects.
