About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Assistant Director with a solid understanding of script interpretation, visual storytelling, and micro-drama content creation. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing engaging story concepts, writing short-form narratives, and transforming scripts into compelling visual experiences.

A strong understanding of cinematic language, camera techniques, and storytelling for digital platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and write engaging micro-drama concepts, story ideas, and short-form scripts.
- Break down scripts into effective visual sequences and production plans.
- Understand camera angles, framing, composition, continuity, and cinematic storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Director, Cinematographer, Actors, and Post-Production team to maintain creative consistency.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.




- Support smooth on-set execution and coordination across departments.
- Work on fast-paced digital productions, including micro dramas, short-form series, and branded content.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Assistant Director, Creative Associate, Script Writer, or similar role.
- Experience writing or developing micro-drama concepts and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of screenplay analysis and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of camera language, shot composition, and lens selection.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
