Position: Assistant Cluster Controller

(Preference for local candidates who can communicate in Marathi)

Preferred – Immediate Joiner Role Objective The Cluster Controller will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations across the assigned cluster, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, quality control, and timely issue

Resolution While Adhering To Company SOPs And Regulatory Requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Compliance Management

 Ensure adherence to Warehouse Operations SOPs across all locations.  Monitor renewal and validity of all required licenses and agreements as per state regulations.

 Ensure compliance with WDRA (Warehouse Development and Regulatory Authority)

guidelines.

 Ensure timely deposit of warehouse-level cash collections.

 Maintain proper operational documentation.

 Monitor compliance concerning loss/gain within permissible limits.

 Ensure timely data uploads in government portals (e.g., Ekharid/DOS) for government warehouses.

- Quality & Quantity Verification

 Conduct monthly physical stock verification for both quality and quantity.  Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action and closure.
- SOP Implementation & Training

 Provide training on SOP adherence to warehouse staff.  Ensure implementation and monitoring of SOP guidelines.

 Ensure all warehouse assets are maintained in working condition.

 Submit Audit Reports (ATR) within defined timelines.

 Maintain all documents, registers, and records as per SOP.





 Ensure timely submission of PMS invoices/bills and collection of dues. Reconcile physical stock with WMS data on a monthly basis.

 Ensure adequate stock levels for safety and security requirements.

- Issue Resolution

 Coordinate and resolve operational issues with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Warehouse Administrative Activities

 Ensure periodic Cluster Controller visits to warehouse locations.  Manage licensing requirements (FSSAI, WDRA, etc.) and renewals.

 Monitor cleanliness, fumigation, and pest control activities.

 Approve operational expenses related to warehouse activities.

 Generate and submit warehouse utilization reports.

 Supervise and monitor warehouse supervisors' performance.

 Ensure timely survey ID generation and completion of surveys within TAT.

 Track sample dispatch and ensure timely delivery to labs.

 Monitor attendance of security guards and off-roll employees.

 Facilitate agreement renewals post commercial approvals.

 Support client collections and local business development efforts.

 Identify potential locations for new warehouse expansion.

Additional Responsibilities  Perform any other duties assigned from time to time based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile

 Graduate (preferably in Agri)

 Experience In Warehouse Operations Preferred  Robust knowledge of compliance and documentation

 Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English preferred)

 Willingness to travel within the cluster
