Role Summary The Assistant Cluster Manager – Community Mobilization is responsible for leading and driving mobilization activities across multiple centers within the assigned cluster. The role involves achieving enrollment targets, strengthening community engagement, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and managing a team of Mobilizers to ensure timely batch formation and successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and achieve cluster-wise mobilization and enrollment targets.
· Develop and execute mobilization strategies aligned with project objectives.
· Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of Mobilizers and Centre teams.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, community leaders, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), local partners, and employers.
· Plan and conduct community engagement activities, awareness campaigns, parent meetings, career guidance sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
· Ensure timely formation and handover of quality batches to the Training team.
· Monitor the mobilization pipeline, candidate follow-ups, and enrollment conversion.
· Conduct regular field visits to review mobilization quality, resolve challenges, and provide on-ground support.
· Coordinate with Training, Placement, Operations, and Monitoring teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
· Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS updates, mobilization trackers, and adherence to organizational and donor compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
· 3–4 years of experience in community mobilization, skilling, livelihoods, rural development, or the social sector.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in leading field teams.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per year
