Do you have hands-on experience managing accounting for US real estate or property management companies?

We're hiring an Asset & Property Finance Manager for a high-growth US-based organization.

? Location: Remote – India

? Shift: EST (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

✔ End-to-end property accounting using AppFolio & QuickBooks

✔ AP, AR, bank reconciliations, tenant accounting & property-level P&Ls;

✔ Rent invoicing, CAM reconciliations & monthly financial reporting

✔ Budgeting, forecasting & cash flow management across multiple properties

✔ Partner with Property Management teams on collections & delinquencies

✔ Investor reporting, entity accounting & audit-ready financials

✔ Drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements

Required Experience

✅ 4–7+ years in US Property Accounting / Real Estate Accounting





✅ Hands-on experience with AppFolio (Property Management & Investment Manager) and QuickBooks

✅ Solid knowledge of US GAAP and property-level financial reporting

✅ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets with financial modeling skills

✅ Experience supporting US multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use real estate portfolios
