Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring production targets are achieved with required quality and safety standards.
- Monitor assembly team performance and provide training to improve skills, productivity, and work efficiency.
- Ensure products are assembled as per engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor assembly processes, identify issues, and coordinate with production and quality teams for effective resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections during assembly operations and ensure proper documentation of production and quality records.
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and availability of assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain workplace discipline and enforce safety procedures, PPE compliance, and 5S practices.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist in improving assembly processes to enhance productivity, reduce rejection, and minimize rework.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate performance updates to management.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in assembly supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production workflow, and manufacturing practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience in handling assembly teams and achieving production targets.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection methods.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
