SystemsPlus is hiring for an AS400 Support Engineer Trainee,

Exp : 6 month to 1 yr.

Location : Pune - Hybrid work model.

- Monitor AS400 jobs and system alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide first-line support for incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Retail, ERP and Infrastructure systems, user access, and job failures.
- Coordinate with end users and IT teams to gather issue details, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
- Experience in using basic AS400 commands and managing batch processes within the AS400 workplace
- Follow defined escalation procedures, escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 teams.
- Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM/ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide on-call support for priority incidents and urgent system issues as required.
- Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring flexibility for night shifts and weekend support.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs to build expertise in ERP support.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to end users.
