Required Skills & Experience

- Direct hands-on experience with SoundHound V7 (Amelia 7.0)
- Experience building agentic conversational flows and workflow automation.
- Robust understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot architecture.
- Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production AI environments.
- Hospitality, casino, hotel, or guest-services industry experience preferred.

Insight Global is seeking a SoundHound Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of guest-facing conversational AI experiences for a casino customer upgrading from SoundHound V6 to V7 (Amelia 7.0). This individual will serve as a technical subject matter expert for SoundHound's next-generation platform, helping build and maintain agentic conversation flows, integrations,



and automation capabilities that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across the resort. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing SoundHound’s Amelia 7.0 solutions, developing agentic workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate customer experience goals into scalable AI-driven interactions.

- Design, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions within Amelia 7.0.
- Build and enhance agentic workflows, dialogue paths, and automated guest experiences.
- Support migration and optimization efforts from SoundHound V6 to V7 (Amelia 7.0).
- Integrate capabilities with resort applications, guest services platforms, and operational systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Document configurations, workflows, and best practices.
