No bench candidates ? Key Responsibilities

Design and develop multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or similar frameworks

Build Supervisor Agent logic for controlled AI execution

Develop AI modules for document intelligence, validation, and reasoning





Implement reflection, LLM validation, and AI safety controls

Integrate RAG, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems

Define structured outputs, schema validation, and traceability

Collaborate with DevOps teams for production deployment

Ensure explainability, auditability, and regulatory compliance ✅ Required Skills

4–8 years of software engineering experience

Solid expertise in Python and backend development

Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI

Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks

Strong knowledge of RAG, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Retrieval

Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures

Understanding of cloud-native applications and microservices ⭐ Preferred Skills

Banking, FinTech, or regulated AI domain experience

Experience with Document AI or Fraud Detection solutions
