Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Developer will design, build, and optimize AI models and systems that power PadhaiXpress products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and integrating neural network-based features into production-ready software. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and other developers to translate educational requirements into robust AI functionalities, as well as testing, debugging, and documenting AI components.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra,



requiring close coordination with the local team to iterate quickly on features and improvements.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and modern programming languages (such as Python or Java).

Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and evaluating deep learning or classical machine learning models.

Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, and working with common NLP libraries and frameworks.

Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and version control tools (e.g., Git).

Ability to work with real-world datasets, perform data preprocessing, and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in edtech or building AI solutions for education-focused products is an advantage.
