Aventra.AI is looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing and building cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

? Position Details

Role: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

? Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of overall software engineering experience

✅ Solid expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

✅ Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Go

✅ Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar

✅ Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or FAISS

✅ Experience integrating and deploying LLM-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP

✅ Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents,



Model Evaluation, and AI Application Development

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

? Preferred Skills

✔ Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning techniques

✔ Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

✔ Experience building scalable enterprise AI applications
