This is a full-time, in office role for an Articled Assistant located in the Navi Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Articled

Assistant will be responsible for assisting in auditing, preparing financial statements, conducting tax compliance reviews, handling GST filings, assisting with direct and indirect tax processes, and supporting other professional services provided by the firm. The role also involves performing research, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards in the delivery of client services. Qualifications

Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Standards, Auditing, and preparing Financial Statements

Skills in Taxation, including Direct Tax, GST compliance, and Tax filing

Proficient in Research and Analysis, with an ability to work efficiently and provide accurate results





Familiarity with using accounting software and tools such as Tally, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant platforms

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team

Enrolled in the CA Articleship program with relevant academic background in Accounting or Finance

Prior exposure to working in a professional accounting firm is an advantage Areas of Exposure :

Indirect Taxation – GST Compliance, Audits & Advisory along with Old ST / VAT Legacy litigations

Direct Taxation – Income Tax Returns for Individuals as well as Body Corporate / LLP / Firm / HUF - ITR along with Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Assessments Proceedings, Appeals (CIT, ITAT) and Litigation.

ROC & Statutory Compliance – Company Law Filings, Audits, (From Incorporation to Compliances End to End)

International Taxation & NRI Taxation – Focus on USA, UK & Australia (From Residency Status to TRC, DTAA)

Bank Audits – Concurrent, Statutory & System Audits

Co-operative Societies & Trust Audits

Information System Audit & Fraud Detection

Start-up Assistance, Fundraising & Venture Capital Projects
