Role Description

Arka Fincap Limited is hiring Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loan Relationship Officers for a full-time, 1-8 years experience similar field on-site role based in Hosur. The role involves sourcing and onboarding customers for commercial vehicle loans, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, fleet operators, and transport businesses, and understanding their financing requirements. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk policies, and following up to achieve timely disbursements.

The position also focuses on achieving sales and portfolio targets, monitoring customer accounts, managing collections where required, and providing ongoing service support to enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with credit, operations, and back-office teams to ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation for commercial vehicle loans.





Candidates should possess credit assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to understand financial documents, evaluate customer profiles, and adhere to risk and compliance guidelines.

Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Candidates should possess operational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in handling loan files, KYC checks, and coordination with internal teams.

Relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or vehicle finance, especially in commercial vehicle lending, will be highly beneficial.

A graduate degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Hosur, with knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
