Role Description The Area Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. This role is responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring timely installation, maintenance, and repair of Livfast products, including batteries, inverters, and solar solutions.

The Area Service

Manager will manage and guide service teams, monitor service quality, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors. Daily activities include planning service schedules, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal departments for parts and logistics,



and implementing service process improvements. The role also involves training technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards, and supporting regional sales through reliable after-sales service.

Qualifications Strong background in service operations management, including team supervision and field service coordination.

Experience with power backup, automotive batteries, inverters, and solar energy products or related technical domains.

Ability to analyze service data, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvement in service processes.

Effective communication, customer relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in using basic digital tools and service management software for reporting and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technology, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a similar area or regional service management role, ideally in the energy or electrical equipment industry.

Willingness to travel within the Greater Lucknow Area and work in office with customers and partners.
